Unfortunately this is'nt always in our control, and mistakes and breakages do happen. Sometimes you might have even ordered the wrong CD by mistake, and don’t realise it until you receive it!

If you would like to return your goods for exchange, send them back to us within seven days of receipt, in unused, un-opened condition.

If you are returning goods simply because you have changed your mind, they must be unopened and in perfect condition and returned to us within 7 days to:
